    Copyright ownership: artist holds the copyright on all of his sold sculptures and commissioned artworks. This means he has the right to use the images of his sold artworks for commercial and publication purposes and future marketing. 

    Investment: cost of commissioned artwork and related services.

    Payment terms: 50% of total as a down pmt. and the remaining 50% at  completion. if special pmt terms are agreed on they will be stated here.
